Hi! I’m Ashley and I am so excited to be a part of your healing journey. If you are feeling lost, stuck or unsure where to start, I hope you start here! Whether it is carrying a heavy burden or a private struggle, it can be overwhelming to find peace. As a therapist, I believe in the importance of empowering my clients and helping them to guide their own healing journey.
I specialize in working with teens and new mothers. I am also passionate about working with those in minority populations, individuals with borderline personality disorder, and trauma. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I use a person-centered approach and will meet you where you are in your journey.
As we all have learned, life can throw uncertainties that we didn’t expect. None of us are immune to this, but we are resilient. Sometimes the most resilient thing we can do is reach out for help. This is a moment of strength. Let’s build on this moment to help create the life you want to live!
