Our Approach

At Graceful Healing, we believe in meeting couples where they are and helping them progress at a pace that fits their needs. In couples therapy, your therapist will create a plan with you to address what you and your partner feel are the most pressing issues. Your therapist will provide a safe and nonjudgemental place for you to work on your relationship.

  • Each therapist at Graceful Healing offers virtual services. We have had great success working with couples via telehealth. This can often provide more flexibility with scheduling.

  • Absolutely! In fact, we recommend it. Individual therapy can increase the success and positive outcomes of couples therapy. If you do not have an individual therapist, please feel free to visit our team page to find the therapist that will be a good fit for you.

  • Wanting to improve your relationship in any way is a great time to start couples therapy. There is no shame in coming at any stage in your relationship. Some people delay because they think it’s too soon, or too late. We encourage any couple who has an interest or desire to improve the quality of their partnership to schedule an assessment to see if couples therapy is right for you.
