I am passionate about helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, body image, relationship with food, relational struggles, addiction, and substance abuse. I enjoy working with teens and adults and I have a huge passion for empowering women. I love working with trauma and am honored to be involved in this healing process with my clients. I love seeing the light in my client’s eyes when they realize there is more to life than how they have been living. I offer a holistic approach to therapy integrating somatics, emotions, and evidence-based practices like DBT skills and Trauma Focused-CBT. With a foundation in emotion-focused therapy and an understanding of attachment theory, I provide a safe, empathetic space for clients to explore and heal.
