Brooklynn Zaugg, CSW
Hi, I’m Brooklynn!
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, perfectionism, or relationship struggles, I’m here to support you. My role isn’t to "fix" you, because I don’t believe you’re broken. Instead, I’m here to guide you—to create a space where you can process what’s happening in your world, feel seen and heard, and start to discover more about who you truly are. While I specialize in young adults and teens, my ideal client is anyone who is looking for a guide as they navigate their own life’s challenges.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, as I want you to feel safe and empowered in our work together. I use a variety of modalities such as Parts Work (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for those wanting a more direct (and less talk-based) trauma treatment. I am fluent in Spanish and am happy to conduct therapy in Spanish to allow clients to express themselves fully.
Both inside and outside the therapy office, I’m a person who believes in connection, humor, dependability, and resilience. I know how important it is to feel like your therapist gets you—not just the problems you're dealing with—and that’s something I strive to prioritize in every session. If any of these values resonate with you, let's meet!
