Our private pay rates are as follows:
$150 for a 50 minute session
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment without charge if it is more than 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a fee of $150. If you do not show up to your appointment without prior notice, the full price of the session will be charged.
Insurance
All of our therapists are paneled with these insurance companies:
EMI, Aetna, and Deseret Mutual, and Select Health excluding their Signature plan.
Please note that we do not take Medicaid or Medicare of any kind or from any insurance.
All therapists are paneled with these insurance companies with a few exclusions as follows:
Wendy does not take Cigna
Penny, Kjirstin, Amber and Mikaela do not take Blue Cross Blue Shield/Regence
UnitedHealthcare is only accepted by Marki and Wendy
Each insurance carrier and plan have different copays and deductibles. We encourage all clients to check with their insurance company for specific plan details. We also accept payment from Bishops/Church Clergy as well as Health Savings Accounts.Insurance Cost Guide
